Announcing the 2018 Annual General Meeting

Now that the 2018 football season is over, it's time for us to review and document the season that was and elect
the committee that will take us forward into 2019. These activities are undertaken at our Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Notice is hereby given that the AGM will be held in the club rooms at Koornang Park on Monday 29th October 2018 at 7.30pm. All parents and legal guardians of junior members are welcome and encouraged to attend.

In accordance with the Club Constitution, all committee positions will be declared open and anyone can nominate
for any position. If you are interested in nominating for a position, please refer to the guidelines for committee roles, complete the application form and submit to the Secretary 7 days prior to the AGM.

Any member in attendance at the AGM has voting rights. If you are unable to attend the AGM, you may send a proxy, providing you have informed the Secretary in writing before the commencement of the AGM.
